This battery module was designed for our 24v 3500w Helios Portable Solar Generator System as a cheaper solution to using dual 12.8v LFP battery modules to create a 24v battery bank.
This 24-volt LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) portable battery power pack can be used to store and deliver power anywhere and anytime power is needed to power electronic equipment.

The LiFePo4 / LFP / Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries offer superior performance when compared to the old Deep Cycle Lead Acid Batteries or AGM batteries because they are 60% lighter in weight which drastically reduces the weight of the 24v LFP 180 Battery Modules.
The 24v LFP 180 battery module weighs 130 pounds as you see it pictured here. A comparable Deep Cycle battery of the same capacity weighs in at about 380 pounds for just the batteries alone.
The 24v LFP 180 battery module can be moved ideally by 2 people, and it can be rolled around on its wheels easily on smooth surfaces. The heavy duty wheels are removable.
The next significant advantage that LiFePo4 / LFP / Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries give you is superior lifespan or charge/discharge cycles when compared to the old Deep Cycle Lead Acid or AGM batteries. The LFP 180 Battery Module can provide up to 10 times longer lifespan or charge/discharge cycles compared to Deep Cycle Lead Acid or AGM batteries under most conditions.
If we drained the LFP 180 portable battery module from 100% full to 30% full the battery is rated to last 3000 cycles to be conservative. If we do the same thing with most Deep Cycle Lead Acid Batteries, we only end up with 300 cycles before the battery is rated to need to be replaced by most manufacturers specs.
So the 24v LFP 180 portable battery packs, when drained down to 30% full consistently, will outlast the same capacity Deep Cycle Lead Acid or AGM battery by ten times or 1000% which is impressive.
Another key benefit that LiFePo4 / LFP / Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries provide is that they offer 100-90% of their rated capacity when drained at high rates of current vs. Deep Cycle Lead Acid Battery that usually only give around 60% of their rated capacity when drained at high rates.
This means the remaining 40% of stored power in the Deep Cycle battery just disappears and you do not get to use it. LFP batteries prove to be superior again in this respect.
Another benefit of LiFePo4 / LFP / Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries is that they are made out of Non Toxic ingredients and will not ignite or explode if punctured or shot while in combat. Other types of lithium batteries can be hazardous and explode under some circumstances.
And the last benefit of LiFePo4 / LFP / Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries is that the actual battery pack is smaller in size than a Deep Cycle Lead Acid / AGM battery which allows the case to be smaller and the overall size and weight of the system to be smaller.

The battery module as pictured comes with an AC battery charger. This battery charger plugs into a regular 120v or 220v AC power outlet, and the output end connects to the battery terminals for recharging.
A Rapid AC Battery Charger is optional upon request.
There is a digital battery monitor display that provides the exact state of charge of the battery from 0 - 100% like a fuel tank gauge in your vehicle only this one is more accurate.
There is also a special "Time To Go" reading that gives you the hours and Min's you have left until the battery will be empty based on your current power load at any given time.
The battery voltage, consumed energy in Amp Hours, and the Amp current IN or Out of the battery at any given time. The battery monitor also logs the last 180 days of battery usage and provides a lot of different data about how the battery has been used over time.
The voltage output of battery module is 25.6V DC up to 220 Amps / 5000 Watts. DC to AC inverters can also be used to get AC power from the system to power AC equipment.
A simple one button ON/OFF/Reset switch is on the top panel and makes it easy to turn the 24v output ON or OFF. If a fault or under voltage condition occurs then simply cycle the ON/OFF/Reset switch to resume normal operation.
There is a jump start button that allows charging the battery bank if the battery has entered into a Low Voltage Shutdown protection condition.
This system is custom built to order and can take 4-8 weeks.
